Staff member Kelsey is a top notch communicator, professional in all aspects, is very kind, detailed and accurate. She presents options, making sure we understand them and allows time for us to weigh the information. Her follow-up is well timed, welcomed and without pressure. The entire staff are refreshingly positive, professional and easy to interact with. We had one minor hiccup at the beginning but it was quickly rectified and we have had no problems since. I worked for a major competitor for many years before retiring. I have had State Farm insurance for many of those years and I see no reason to change. The rates and service are second to NONE!
